Mobility & recovery
Stretch
Assisted stretch sessions to support mobility and recovery. Booked through a separate scheduling system.
Stretch uses a separate booking system and opens in a new tab.
Assisted stretch sessions give your body focused, guided range-of-motion work that is hard to replicate on your own. A practitioner moves and supports your limbs through stretches you cannot easily reach by yourself, working on the areas where you tend to feel tight or restricted.
It is a good complement to chiropractic care and a nice standalone option for staying loose and mobile. People use it to support flexibility and recovery, to unwind after training, or simply to feel less stiff day to day. Many patients add it alongside their adjustment plan to support the work being done in the office.
Stretch runs on its own schedule and booking system, separate from the main appointment flow, so it has its own booking button below.
